There are many toxins, terrible foods, and more in the world that can play havoc with the mind, body, and spirit.
Here are some simple ways to stay healthy during chaotic times… no matter what’s happening in the world!
Time to Get Up – No matter what’s happening have a regular routine… in India the great healers have talked about our circadian rhythms for years. Get up at 6AM and to go to bed by 10 PM. The mind hates routine… but the body loves routine.
Rituals – Meditation, yoga, Qigong and many other forms of ritual rights help us stay grounded and allow us to be at peace. Meditation calms the mind, and it’s so powerful that it can switch off bad genes for disease, and switch on good genes and create health. Meditate for at least 30 minutes in the morning, and 30 minutes in the evening and it will do your mind/body good.
Exercise – The mind may not like exercise, but the body loves exercise. You don’t have to do anything elaborate – walking and swimming are great. Walking or swimming 5 miles a day will keep you fit!
What to Eat – Eat lots of organic fresh fruits and veggies and some grains, but stay away from wheat, spelt, and barley they have inflammatory qualities that cause problems.
Eat Simply – Eat because you need substance, not because you have anxiety or emotions playing havoc. Prepare simple foods with simple preparation… and pay homage to God every time you eat… it creates gratitude and gratitude does the body good.

The One Thing Successful People Never Do

Success comes in all shapes and colours. You can be successful in your job and career but you can equally be successful in your marriage, at sports or a hobby. Whatever success you are after there is one thing all radically successful people have in common: Their ferocious drive and hunger for success makes them never give up.
Successful people (or the people talking or writing about them) often paint a picture of the perfect ascent to success. In fact, some of the most successful people in business, entertainment and sport have failed. Many have failed numerous times but they have never given up. Successful people are able to pick themselves up, dust themselves off and carry on trying.
I have collected some examples that should be an inspiration to anyone who aspires to be successful. They show that if you want to succeed you should expect failure along the way. I actually believe that failure can spur you on and make you try even harder. You could argue that every experience of failure increases the hunger for success. The truly successful won't be beaten, they take responsibility for failure, learn from it and start all over from a stronger position.
Let's look at some examples, including some of my fellow LinkedIn influencers:
Henry Ford - the pioneer of modern business entrepreneurs and the founder of the Ford Motor Company failed a number of times on his route to success. His first venture to build a motor car got dissolved a year and a half after it was started because the stockholders lost confidence in Henry Ford. Ford was able to gather enough capital to start again but a year later pressure from the financiers forced him out of the company again. Despite the fact that the entire motor industry had lost faith in him he managed to find another investor to start the Ford Motor Company - and the rest is history.
Walt Disney - one of the greatest business leaders who created the global Disney empire of film studios, theme parks and consumer products didn't start off successful. Before the great success came a number of failures. Believe it or not, Walt was fired from an early job at the Kansas City Star Newspaper because he was not creative enough! In 1922 he started his first company called Laugh-O-Gram. The Kansas based business would produce cartoons and short advertising films. In 1923, the business went bankrupt. Walt didn't give up, he packed up, went to Hollywood and started The Walt Disney Company.
Richard Branson - He is undoubtedly a successful entrepreneur with many successful ventures to his name including Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Music and Virgin Active. However, when he was 16 he dropped out of school to start a student magazine that didn't do as well as he hoped. He then set up a mail-order record business which did so well that he opened his own record shop called Virgin. Along the way to success came many other failed ventures including Virgin Cola, Virgin Vodka, Virgin Clothes, Virgin Vie, Virgin cards, etc.
Oprah Winfrey - who ranks No 1 in the Forbes celebrity list and is recognised as the queen of entertainment based on an amazing career as iconic talk show host, media proprietor, actress and producer. In her earlier career she had numerous set-backs, which included getting fired from her job as a reporter because she was 'unfit for television', getting fired as co-anchor for the 6 O'clock weekday news on WJZ-TV and being demoted to morning TV.
J.K. Rowling - who wrote the Harry Potter books selling over 400 million copies and making it one of the most successful and lucrative book and film series ever. However, like so many writers she received endless rejections from publishers. Many rejected her manuscript outright for reasons like 'it was far too long for a children's book' or because 'children books never make any money'. J.K. Rowling's story is even more inspiring because when she started she was a divorced single mum on welfare.
Bill Gates -co-founder and chairman of Microsoft dropped out of Harvard and set up a business called Traf-O-Data. The partnership between him, Paul Allen and Paul Gilbert was based on a good idea (to read data from roadway traffic counters and create automated reports on traffic flows) but a flawed business model that left the company with few customers. The company ran up losses between 1974 and 1980 before it was closed. However, Bill Gates and Paul Allen took what they learned and avoided those mistakes whey they created the Microsoft empire.
History is littered with many more similar examples:
  • Milton Hershey failed in his first two attempts to set up a confectionary business.
  • H.J. Heinz set up a company that produced horseradish, which went bankrupt shortly after.
  • Steve Jobs got fired from Apple, the company he founded. Only to return a few years later to turn it into one of the most successful companies ever.
So, the one thing successful people never do is: Give up! I hope that this is inspiration and motivation for everyone who aspires to be successful in whatever way they chose. 看完這篇短文後,可以馬上起身去擦桌子或洗碗;可以把報紙放一邊,閉起眼睛沈思一會;也可以把這篇短文分享給很多朋友。

當然,我最希望你選擇最後這一項,誰知道,你可能會改變很多人的一生。

多年前我跟高雄的一位同學談話。那時他太太剛去世不久,他告訴我說,他在整理他太太的東西的時候,發現了一條絲質的圍巾,那是他們去紐約旅遊時,在一家名牌店買的,那是一條雅致、漂亮的名牌圍巾,高昂的價格標籤還掛在上面,他太太一直捨不得用,她想等一個特殊的日子才用。

講到這裡,他停住了,我也沒接話,好一會後他說,再也不要把好東西留到特別的日子才用,你活著的每一天都是特別的日子。

以後,每當我想起這幾句話時,我常會把手邊的雜事放下,找一本小說,打開音響,躺在沙發上,抓住一些自己的時間。

我會從落地窗欣賞淡水河的景色,不去管玻璃上的灰塵,我會拉著太太到外面去吃飯,不管家裡的菜飯該怎麼處理。

生活應當是我們珍惜的一種經驗,而不是要捱過去的日子。

我曾經將這段談話與一位女士分享,後來見面時,她告訴我她現在已不像從前那樣,把美麗的磁具放在酒櫃裡了。

以前她也以為要留待特別的日子才拿出來用,後來發現那一天從未到來。

「將來」,「總有一天」已經不存在她的字典裡了。

如果有什麼值得高興的事,有什麼得意的事,她現在就要聽到,就要看到。

我們常想跟老朋友聚一聚,但總是說「找機會」。

我們常想擁抱一下已經長大的小孩,但總是等適當的時機。

我們常想寫封信給另外一半,表達一下濃郁的情意,或甚至想讓他知道你很佩服他,但總是告訴自己不急。

其實每天早上我們睜開眼睛時,都要告訴自己這是特別的一天。

每一天,每一分鐘都是那麼可貴。

有人說:你該盡情的跳舞,好像沒有人在看你一樣。

你該盡情的愛人,好像從來不會受傷害一樣。我也要盡情的跳舞,盡情的愛。

你呢?第一件事是不是與好朋友分享這想法?

不論是幸福的事、悲傷的事,只願你能記得...有我在你身邊!

Natural Remedies for Oral Thrush~

1. Good Oral Hygiene
Flossing once a day and brushing twice daily reduces the time you suffer an infection caused by oral thrush. Frequently replacing your toothbrush will keep you free of infection and using mouthwash will heal the oral thrush. People with dentures should ensure that they clean the dentures on a daily basis and soak them in clean water overnight. They should also rinse and dry them well before putting them back into the mouth.

2. Oral Rinses
Vinegar. Apple cedar vinegar restores the PH level of the body enabling it fight overgrowth of Candida. Raw vinegar is best for oral thrush treatment. Due to its strong odor and taste, people take it diluted with water then take little sips in the course of the day. Alternatively, you can heat some water, add vinegar and some honey to it making some kind of tea. You can also sprinkle the vinegar over salads to make it more palatable.

Salt Water. Take some salt (half a teaspoon) and add it to a cup of some warm water. Once the salt has dissolved, swish it in the mouth and spit out.

Warm Water with Vinegar and Salt. Mix them in warm water then swish it around the mouth. It acts as home anti-fungal mouthwash.

Hydrogen Peroxide Solution. The human body contains healthy bacteria which are the source of hydrogen peroxide which kills yeast. Take a mixture solution of diluted 3% hydrogen peroxide to kill the thrush as would the healthy bacteria.

3. Food Remedies

Onions and Garlic. Both contain anti-fungal power; blend them in warm water then gargle in the mouth ensuring all areas of the mouth have been touched.

Yogurt. Include yoghurt that has live cultures in the diet so that the healthy bacteria level in the mouth is improved. It contains healthy bacteria that help fight against thrush. Swish the yoghurt around the mouth when taking it then avoid drinking or eating anything soon after the yoghurt.

Foods to avoid. Avoid drinks and foods that contain yeast, dairy foods, mushrooms, dried fruit, smoked fish & meat, monosodium glutamate and pickles. All these foods have been known to be potential thrush triggers.

I personally won't take milk and apple. (Milk is not belong to the nature food and apple because the weather, it takes long time to deliver and the weather so much different from my country; It is not local fruits to my country too.) I will only consume local fruits.

Breast cancer

Breast cancer is the most common form of cancer and also the deadliest of all cancers. The World Health Organization (WHO) has predicted that by 2020 the number of breast cancer cases will be much higher. In fact, it is believed that in coming few years one in every eight women would run the risk of developing breast cancer in her lifetime. This figure has been also estimated by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).

Breast cancer is a complex disease, and many factors contribute to it such as genetics along with lifestyle and dietary factors. However breast cancer can be prevented with certain healthy habits such as limiting alcohol consumption, avoid smoking, controlling your weight, breast feeding, avoiding exposure to radiation and environmental pollution, and limiting the duration of hormone therapy, staying physically active and regular medical checkups. Coconut water is a very refreshing drink to beat tropical summer thirst. The juice is packed with simple sugar, electrolytes, and minerals to replenish hydration levels within the body.

Research studies suggest that cytokinins (e.g., kinetin and trans-zeatin) in coconut water showed significant anti-ageing, anti-carcinogenic, and anti-thromboticeffects.

Coconut water has been generally offered to patients with diarrhea in many tropic regions to replace the fluid loss from the gastrointestinal tract and reduce the need for intravenous therapy. 学佛是世间最幸福的人,学习佛法能了解生命的意义,不会迷失在这
个五浊境界中。

“劝君早吃素,念经复念佛,莫待大难显,开膛又破肚”

我们身边到处都是危机,每个人身边都有一大群冤亲债主,想尽办法要拿您开刀,找您麻烦。所以我们要吃素、念佛,否则报应到医院里开膛破肚,那是很苦的果报。

全世界可能会爆发流行性病毒,十七、十八世纪那些古代的病毒又重新抬头了。人类每年至少有一种不知道是什么病毒,不知道怎么医治,怎么防御?随着交通工具的发达,每年有21亿人飞向全世界各地,一旦有些流行病发生,传播之快无法防御,这就是众生恶业的感召

所以说,“一日吃素,天下杀生无我份”,您今天吃众生一口肉,您就堕落到杀生的恶业当中了。天下最残酷的就是杀生,最重的病毒都会来报仇;非典来自杀果子狸,禽流感是来自鸡鸭被杀,疯牛病来自我们吃牛、杀牛,狂犬病来自对狗的屠杀,这些种种的病都与杀生有关。

现在恶业已经越来越重,整个世界的恶业还是呈上涨趋势,这一切都是来自于人类世界的共业。

身为佛教徒不能再怠慢了,赶快要停止杀业,吁请大家发愿不杀生,不吃众生肉,能持否?

问:佛陀教导什么?

答:这个问题最好引用佛陀所说的话回答:“比丘们!现在和从前一样,我只有教导苦和苦的止息。”

不管这回答是否符合你原来的想法,请好好思考。我们当然也可用其他方式回答,但是在这段话中,
佛陀确实已将自己的教导归纳得相当简洁了。

佛陀只教导“苦”和“苦的止息”,所有和止息苦没有直接相关的问题就不回答,例如“死后会再投生吗?”、
“是什么去投生呢?”这些问题可以日后再思考。

所以,若有人问起这个问题,我们应依照这个准则回答:佛陀除了教导“苦”和“苦的止息”之外,
再也没有其他的了。

问:佛陀有什么特别的教导?

答:我们可以引用佛陀最简短的一句话来回答:“一切都不要执著!”这句话是佛陀亲口宣说的简明格言。若把佛陀所有的教诲,
乃至八万四千法门归结起来,这是这么一句话——“一切都不要执著!”这句话提醒我们:执著只会带来痛苦。
当我们了悟这道理时,可以说已经明了了佛说的八万四千法;当我们实践这句话时,也可以说是已实践了一切法门。

为什么人会犯戒?因为他有所执著,如果没有任何喜欢或讨厌的执著,就不会犯戒。为什么人的心会散乱不定?因为执著某些事物。
为什么人会没有智慧?因为他愚痴而执著某些事物。如果一个人能修证到“一切都不执著”的地步,他当下便能悟道、证果,得到究竟涅槃。

佛陀是个完完全全没有执著的人,佛法教导“不执著”的“行”和“证”,僧伽是一群正在修行或已经修证“不执著”的出家众。

当有人问佛陀:“可否将你的全部教导归纳成最简短的一句话?”佛陀回答:“可以!”接着说:“一切都不要执著.

1.燒餅油條
一份燒餅油條約450卡,再配上一杯豆漿,當作一頓早餐,吃下去
就超過500卡,可是並沒有特別的飽足感。台北市立聯合醫院中興院區營養師許雲卿說,現在有些早餐店推出燒餅夾生菜,看起來健康又低卡,但燒餅是用油酥製成,就算用烤的,一個燒餅就有250卡,再夾入生菜、淋上沙拉醬,全部加在一起也有300多卡的熱量。

2.蒟蒻片
蒟蒻是低卡食物,很多人減肥時拿來當零嘴,但因蒟蒻本身毫無味道,為了更可口,製造商便加入很重的調味料,這些調味料都有熱量,不知情的人以為吃再多也無妨,卻毫無警戒地掉入陷阱。此外,蒟蒻在製作過程中,會加入鹼水,使其凝固,因而偏鹼性,若吃太多,腸胃不好的人易脹氣。

3.蔥油餅
街頭巷尾常有賣蔥油餅的小攤,平底鍋中加入一點點油,煎出一張張香噴噴的餅,看起來油脂並不多,熱量卻高得嚇人。三軍總醫院家庭暨社區醫學部主治醫師祝年豐解釋,為使煎出來的餅更香酥,在製作麵團時,便已揉進不少油脂,成為一般人易忽略的高熱量食物。

4.養生糕餅
現代人注重養生,坊間的麵包蛋糕店也順應趨勢,推出黑糖麵包、地瓜餐包等新口味,雖然加入一些健康元素,消費者購買、食用這類麵包、蛋糕後,常會忘記它們仍富含澱粉,屬於主食,也忽略其中的油脂含量。因此,並非吃得多,就對身體有好處。

5.酥皮濃湯
這是一道讓人難以拒絕的美食,濃湯喝起來滑口,酥皮又香又脆,是很多餐廳必備的餐前湯。不過,它也是易發胖的美味陷阱,濃湯是用奶油把麵粉炒香後再熬煮而成,酥皮也是以一層層的油酥製成,儘管口感不油膩,油脂量卻極高。

6.魚翅羹
喜慶宴會中,常有一道高級料理——魚翅羹,由於難得吃到,當面前有一鍋魚翅羹,怎麼能放棄?但羹類熱量原本就高(5克太白粉就有20卡熱量),且為了讓無味的魚翅入味,會加入不少調味,造就高級又高熱量的魚翅羹,即使是一小碗也不可小覷。

7.深海魚
很多主婦以為深海魚是健康食品,因其富含不飽和脂肪酸,可以增加好的膽固醇,好處說不盡,應該多吃一些。然而,深海魚也富含油脂,尤其切片的魚肉,買回來後煎一煎,感覺上既健康又美味,其實也吃下不少看不見的油脂。

8.水煎包
不要被它的名稱矇騙了,「水煎包」並非用水煎成,而是油煎,所以包子的底層已吸飽了油,下肚後怎麼不肥!同類型的煎餃或鍋貼也一樣,要減肥的人還是少吃為妙。

9.麻辣鍋
光一個鍋底就有2000卡的熱量,為引出麻、辣的口感,總見湯底浮著厚厚一層油,堪稱火鍋熱量之王。也許你以為不喝湯,就不會喝進那層油,但在鍋中燙青菜、煮麵時,青菜及麵會吸收油脂,還是會吃進體內。此外,很多人喜歡用沙茶醬當火鍋沾醬,這也是高熱量的調味量,一湯匙就約有100卡,相當驚人!

10.酒精飲料
酒類熱量非常高,以酒精濃度7%的啤酒為例,每100CC就約有50卡的熱量,相當於1/4碗白飯。許多男性聚會時,把啤酒當成飲料,一瓶瓶猛灌,便灌出啤酒肚。也有些人喜歡在睡前小酌一番,較注重生活品味的人,大多會選擇紅酒。一般酒精濃度13%的紅酒,100CC就有90卡的熱量,喝完便準備上床睡覺,難怪啤酒肚會不斷「茁壯」。

五脏密码——看了让你收获多多!

心脏有问题时——左边手臂会酸、麻、痛。
肝脏有问题时——小腿晚上睡觉时容易抽筋。
肾脏出现问题时——声音就会出不来,就会沙哑。
脾胃出现问题时——偏头痛。

一、心脏有问题时
1. 呼吸会不顺畅,胸口会闷也会刺痛,刺痛的时间是短暂的,一发作几秒钟就过了,最多一分钟。
2. 严重了会从前胸痛到后背膏肓肩胛的地方,十天半个月会来一次,三、五个月发作一次,时间越短越严重。
3. 心脏不好会牵扯到左边手臂酸、麻、痛,因为我们心脏的神经与左手臂的神经是同一条,所以左边的心脏有问题会牵扯到左手臂。
4. 心脏也会牵扯到颈部僵硬、转动不灵活,早上起床脖子经常扭到;因为心脏有问题,颈动脉会狭窄,血液供应不顺畅,旁边的筋失血自然僵硬。
5. 心脏有问题,火毒(心火)就会上升,火毒慢慢上升到了额头停留在这里,不可能从额头跑出来,停留时间久了,这里就会长烂疮,很多人会头昏,到达这里会经过两个面颊,经过眼睛,所以心脏有问题,两个面颊会泛红。
6. 另外,火毒到了顶就会往下降,从额头顺着两个眉陵骨绕着太阳穴穿过我们的后脑,延着颈部进入咽喉,进入肠子,从肛门出去;所以火毒降下来,两个眉陵骨就会酸痛;有的朋友机能亢进,慢慢眼睛压力会大,眼睛会往前暴出来,即所谓的"凸眼症"。
7. 火毒降下来,顺着两个太阳穴,太阳穴在两侧就叫"偏头",血管就会扩张,一扩张就刺激到旁边的神经,痛的受不了。
8. 慢慢的火毒会从后脑下来,这就开始发胀,感觉怪怪的,接着穿到颈部,颈部停留过久,淋巴就会肿大; 慢慢进入咽喉,咽喉就容易发炎,经常会感觉有东西哽在里面,吞又吞不下去,吐又吐不出来。 再来火毒会进入肠子,肠子会燥进,越来越热,温度太高水份会来缓和,水份来的多来的快,肠子里的粪便就会烂掉,我们就会拉肚子;水份来的不足,粪便就会干燥,排不出来。
9. 心脏有问题会造成我们的脾胃受伤,脾胃一受伤,消化吸收的能力就降低,吃进来的食物不能消化,最后会胃胀,那些东西会反冲回头,叫做"胃酸"。
10. 心脏有问题,养份不能输送,总觉得体力不够,想吃多点来补充,过多的食物会带来大量的糖份,排除糖份都靠肝脏、肾脏,过多的糖份会导致肝、肾衰竭,很容易得"糖尿病"。
11. 心脏有问题,人的神经就会衰退,一点事情就会紧张,就会受到惊吓,晚上睡觉不易入睡,睡着以后就做恶梦,恶梦会延续,所谓的"恶梦连连"。

二、肝脏有问题时——尤其得了肝炎,以下的4个现象不可以有任何一个现象经常性的发作
1. 右上腹闷痛。
2. 右后腰酸痛。
3. 右肩感觉酸、麻、痛,甚至造成右手举不起来。
4. 小腿晚上睡觉时容易抽筋。

肝脏出现问题时我们的身体会产生的现象会有:
1. 肝脏有正面,有背面。正面如果硬化、肿大,会挤到我们的肋间神经,肋间神经就会胀痛;如果在背后,会造成右腰酸痛
2. 肝脏不好,晚上睡眠品质会不好,翻来覆去不容易睡着;起床后口干、口苦、口臭,刷牙时牙龈会流血。平常为食物没有兴趣,不吃不饿,吃一点点就有饱感;走路走个两步小腿就会很酸,会感觉全身越来越疲劳,手脚也是越来越没有力。
3. 肝脏不好的人,脚会经常扭到,扭到了又好不了;不小心割伤了,伤口也不容易愈合。
4. 喜欢喝酒的朋友,忽然酒量减少了,或是有久治不愈的皮肤病,周而复始好不了,都要注意肝。

三、当肾脏出现问题时——我们的身体会产生的现象会有:
1. 肾脏有两条通路,从脚底的涌泉上来,走到脚后根内侧,再顺着腿的内侧往上走。 第一条从后方上来走到腰与膀胱结合,再顺着脊椎两侧往上走当我们肾脏不好,气会不足,血就上不来; 因此腰会酸,背会痛,再往上到颈部,颈部会觉得僵硬;到了后脑勺会感觉昏胀不舒服,到了头顶会觉闷胀,过了头顶往下到两个眉心之间的"精明穴",气不到会觉两眼干涩。 第二条从前面上来,经过大腿跟我们的生殖器及肝脏结合,最后延着身体两侧到胸前与肺脏结合。 肾脏有问题,大腿两侧会酸、软、无力,经常发痒。 无法把气送到胸口与肺脏结合,我们的呼吸就慢慢不顺畅,久了以后里面的气管就会自然闭锁,一闭锁空气就不易进来,人就会感觉到窒息,必须"干咳"来减缓它。
2. 气不足不能与膀胱结合,造成膀胱中括约肌的细胞就容易代谢死亡而造成松弛,排尿状况不好,频尿,久了以后细胞慢慢坏死,最后就尿失禁。
3. 看东西的瞳孔部份叫做"视觉",就是由肾脏直接控制,肾有问题,不能将肾水送达到眼睛,眼会觉得干、酸、涩、慢慢视觉就会模糊,严重会出现黑影,叫做"飞蚊症",久了以后压力会越来越大,造成"青光眼"。
4. 早上起床,脚后跟会不舒服因为,人在休息时,血液是在肝,肾脏会暂时缺血,起床须把血液送至全身,由于肾脏不好,气太弱,血液来的太慢,关节失血自然就会僵硬,活动一下,血液循环到了关节才会轻松。
5. 人活着就会讲话,讲话耗元气,本身肾脏不好气太弱,再把气耗掉就会不想说话,因工作不能不说话时,声音就会出不来,就会沙哑。
6. 想要深呼吸总是觉得气不够,自然呼吸就会快,呼吸一短促,鼻腔就会缺血,鼻腔的黏膜因为缺血,抵抗力就会减低,空气中的尘蹒就会破坏它,破坏了当然就会敏感,天气潮湿、变化,承受不了就会发作,称为"过敏性鼻炎 。
7. 男性朋友的前列腺,妇女的卵巢、子宫都间接、直接跟肾脏有关,因此,肾脏有了问题,到了一定的年龄,摄护腺就会肥大;妇女因肾脏不好,卵巢、子宫就会虚弱、寒冷,虚寒就没有力量将每个月应该排出的经血排掉,排不干净都还滞留在子宫里,每个月经血都要出来,不能完全排掉都停留在子宫里,久了难免造成血块堆积,形成肿瘤,称为"子宫肌瘤"。
8. 每个月经血出不来,在里面来回撞击,子宫的内膜会受不了这些经血会受不了这些经血在里面的推挤,就会变形、异位,称为"子宫内膜异位";慢慢的内分泌就会混乱,过多的分泌物,赤白带就会形成。
9. 时间久了,肾脏越来越不好,气越来越弱,手脚就会开始冰凉,尤其到了冬天特别冰冷。慢慢久了,坐也不是,站也不是,走也不是,肯定会造成神经受伤,晚上睡觉不好入睡,好不容易睡着了,一点点声音就会被吵醒,纵使睡着了,整夜都在作梦,有睡跟没睡一样,天天都很累。

四、脾胃出现问题时——我们的身体会产生的现象会有:
1. 肩膀疼痛可能的症状:右肩经常痛时"肝脏"有问题。左肩酸痛时"心脏"与"胃"有问题。两肩同时感觉不舒服,脖子经常觉得僵硬时,肯定是"消化器官"出了问题。
2. 偏头痛:你常感觉太阳穴的两边有疼痛的现象,虽然长期求诊。吃药还是无效,你可能同时还伴有便秘。排便困难或腹泻及胃肠胀气等现象。这只要治好消化器官的毛病,自然可治好困扰多时的偏头痛。
3. 一般人都以为"便秘"及"腹泻"是两件分开的事,可是有些人会有便秘及拉肚子同时交替出现的现象,平时常觉得食欲减退。腹部胀气。胸部有压迫感或心悸。呼吸困难及失眠等现象,而且感觉自己的体力一天天减弱。肌肉消瘦,又查不出原因,有以上现象,你可能已罹患"慢性肠炎",不赶快处理可能会造成致命的腹膜炎 。
4. 小肠与淋巴系统:不明原因的疼痛经常困扰我们,若你的咽喉没有发炎,但经常不舒服或疼痛,脖子两侧也经常胀痛,肩膀与手臂外侧也会有不舒服与胀痛,但查不出原因,经过推拿。按摩也只能站时纾解,此现象请多注意"小肠"与"淋巴系统"已亮起红灯。
5. 大肠:当你经常觉得口干。口苦,想要多喝水,而且容易鼻塞。流鼻涕;平时没有蛀牙,但牙齿会痛。脖子两侧会胀大些。不舒服。无法提重的东西,以上在告诉我们"大肠"已亮起红灯。

五、糖尿病
1. 糖尿病不只是胰岛素不足而已,而是肾脏、肝脏、心脏都不是很健康的情形下所形成的,因此不易医治。而且易造成其他病变如:肾脏衰竭、中风、失明、截肢……
2. 糖尿发展到一定阶段会明显出现三多一少的症状。三多(吃多、喝多、尿多)一少(体重减少)。

糖尿病患者可能发生下列几项症状:
1. 视力异常:因糖尿会引起眼睛末梢微血管阻碍,造成眼睛易疲劳、视力模糊、细小字看不清,严重者会导致失明。
2. 易疲劳:因体内血糖无法进入细胞,导致全身无力。
3. 皮肤抵抗力差:体质通常呈现酸化,末梢血管易堵塞,伤口不易愈合、易化脓、也易引起牙周病、香港脚。
4. 神经障碍:肌肉和神经组织得不到滋养,因此阻塞循环不良,指尖出现麻痛,重者甚至失去感觉。
5. 伤口不易愈合:糖尿末期,因末梢血管坏死,伤口发黑、溃烂不易愈合,有时甚至需截肢以延续生命。

六、头痛:头痛不是病,痛起来要人命,根据调查显示,全台至少60万人有头痛情形,头痛药越吃越多,但却越吃越无效,头痛情形更加恶化,还有部分民众每月至少头痛15天以上,3成以上因而滥服头痛药,结果头痛依旧,却养成吃药成瘾的恶习。 其实头痛和内脏有一定关系。依位置来说:前额反射心脏,两侧太阳穴附近肠胃,头顶心和后脑杓则是肾功能异常,耳后两侧反射肝脏,头昏为肾气不足,但是头会晕眩则要多注意肝脏,尤其是男性。

七、便秘:现代人生活忙碌,常食用低纤维质的速食,不常喝水,不常运动,往往有便秘,却无法正常排便,加上情绪不稳,服用药物或不当使用营养补充品,也会造成便秘。 长期便秘的人,因为粪便累积在大肠的时间太长,常有脾气不好或内分泌失调等后遗症。 其实,造成便秘的真正原因,跟心火是有很大的关系,火毒往下传动至肠胃,会造成肠子蠕动过慢,水分被吸收,粪便来不及排出,形成便秘。而若蠕动太快,水分来不及被吸收,则会变成腹泻。甚至心火往下到直肠肛门而形成痔疮。便秘时间太长,则有可能是肠燥症、结肠癌、糖尿病的警讯。

八、肩膀或颈部酸痛:不通则痛,痛则不通。主要因素即是由内脏气血运行不顺,与脏腑机制不健全所导致。 一般而言,肩膀或颈部酸痛是很有学问的,并非所谓运动伤害,五十肩,韧带发炎...等单纯原因而已。所以,为什么民众花了时间和金钱,长期复健,痛点注射类固醇,或服用止痛药,达不到效果之外,精神的煎熬更为痛苦其实,酸痛的位置可反射出内脏问题,像是长期左边颈部和肩膀酸痛, 主要因为心脏位于人体左侧,长期心火上升,或心脏功能出了问题自然会出现气血阻塞,就会有左边颈部或肩膀僵硬,酸痛,转动不灵活,或常常习惯落枕...至会延伸至左肩胛骨酸痛。 同样的,肝脏位于人体右方,当肝阳上亢,肝火上升时,刚才所提及之酸痛现象就会出现在右侧身体。有时酸痛位置会跑,会由单侧变为两侧,因为长期心肝火气都未消除,火往下传动后,会造成肠胃蠕动障碍,而肩膀两侧即是反射肠胃。 如果每天能利用一点方法,把身体里面的火气和毒素向体外排掉,保持气血通畅,酸痛毛病自然消除!

研析報導◆..關節不好:少吃麵食..◆

☯導讀:越來越多的證據表明,控制炎症在骨關節炎防治過程中具有
舉足輕重的作用。除了藥物消炎之外,合理飲食非常關鍵。美國《預防》雜誌最新載文,刊出多位專家總結出的關節炎患者最佳飲食,幫助他們護好關節。

試試地中海飲食。
美國營養和飲食學會發言人喬伊•杜波斯特博士表示,地中海飲食結構中,多種食物具有消炎功效,比如,魚類、橄欖和橄欖油、全穀食物、各種水果蔬菜等。

吃些櫻桃。
美國俄勒岡衛生科學大學的一項研究發現,每天喝兩次酸櫻桃汁,每次10.5盎司(約合298克),可以使體內炎症因數大大減少。科學家稱,發揮關鍵作用的是酸櫻桃中豐富的花青素,因此直接吃櫻桃也能達到上述效果。

咖喱生薑能消炎。
亞利桑那綜合醫學中心主任維多利亞•梅澤斯博士建議,關節炎患者飲食中可多用咖喱和生薑。這兩種調味品都具有緩解炎症的作用。

少吃麵食。
一些關節炎患者對饅頭、麵包等麵食特別敏感,很多患者發現,不吃麵食之後,關節疼痛明顯好轉。

補點魚油。
醫生發現,多吃魚有助於緩解類風濕關節炎病情。其原因是魚肉中的歐米伽3脂肪酸具有緩解體內炎症的作用。
